This also gives employers peace of mind that candidate information is accurate.
WHY: Why did we create GoliathJobs?
GoliathJobs was created in response to the demand for an affordable & efficient staffing solution for all employers and online simplicity for job seekers. At the same time GoliathJobs is satisfying an industry plagued with spam, inaccurate candidate qualifications and inefficient automated application processes.
HOW: How is GoliathJobs free?
We offer optional fee-based services such as myDiscounts advertising, market research services (i.e. focus groups), recruiting management services and customized career service solutions. These fee-based services fund the cost of operating our free site. Effective Fall 2008, we will be charging employers & recruiters a small fee to post jobs (max $39/job or less with volume discounts). Current employers will be grandfathered free through year-end.
HISTORY: GoliathJobs was created by David Mezzapelle, an IT veteran and founder of Goliath Technology in 1990. Goliath Technology is a leader in IT procurement, distribution and data center infrastructure. 
- David was a pioneer in recruiting students for jobs & internships throughout North America. Many students became full-time employees post-graduation or moved on to other occupations with experience and confidence gained from their positions at Goliath.
- Goliath Technology's internship program yielded massive marketing exposure and intensified the company's growth at a rapid pace.
- 17 years later, David sold Goliath Technology and has focused his efforts on GoliathJobs.
