An Inc. 500 company in the Provo/Orem area is seeking freelance Staff Writer to write, type, edit/proofread, stylize, format, and create client content for web pages.

Required skills
-Multi-tasking
-70 WPM
-2 years college (English Maj.) or equivalent
-Microsoft Word, Word Perfect and Excel
-Editing and Proofreading abilities
-Resourceful and innovative thinking
-Organizational and project admin skills

Job Expectations:

Attempt to contact the customer within 24 hours of being assigned to the account
Conduct interviews to determine the information that the customer wants on each page they’ve purchased the service for
Finish writing content and submit to customer for approval
Complete one rewrite based on customer comments, should it be required
Return text within 5 business days of being assigned and submit to the company
The contracted employee must be willing to call the customer. It is required that the customers will be contacted using a VOIP system. We require that our contracted employees have a headset that connects into their computer (a usb headset works the best) and we send them the software to download for the VOIP system.
Compensation:
Pay is 5 cents per word, with a word cap for each page.
$10 for each completed interview. Each client will require one interview.
